If you’d like to say thank you to the people who buy from you on Redbubble, there’s an easy way to add a message from your account settings. Go to your dashboard and look for » Customer Message » in the side menu. You can add a plain text message of up to 160 characters, which will appear next to your profile picture on a screen after they’ve completed the purchase.
Best of all, they also respond to your message at checkout and leave you a BubbleMail. Unfortunately, due to privacy laws and the GDPR, we can’t share their contact information, but if they purchase through their Redbubble profile, you’ll be able to reply to them via BubbleMail.
Over the years, we’ve seen some great examples of artists getting creative with their thank you messages. Maybe you want to tell your customers how much this sale means to you, or maybe you want to share the project or passion that their purchase is helping to fund. Some artists also include their social media handles in case customers want to follow them.
