Exciting news! We’ll be launching brand new Bath Mats and Shower Curtains in the next few weeks. Customers won’t be able to see them yet, but they’re available in the uploader now so you have plenty of time to add new designs and get your shop ready. Below you’ll find product information and tips on how to create and upload for our latest products.
About Bath Mats and Shower Curtains
Bath Mats have a 100% polyester microfiber face and a polyester back, and feature a foam cushion and a non-slip base. Your designs are printed in high quality full color that won’t fade.
Bath Mats come in two sizes:
Small 61cms x 43cms
Large 86cms x 53cms
Shower Curtains come in one size – 180cms high x 188cms wide – and fit most standard size tubs and showers. They’re made from 100% polyester with a vivid, full color print on the front and white on the back, and they have 12 button holes.
Adding Bath Mats
Bath Mats are available as a new tile in the uploader. The image dimensions are unlike any other Redbubble products so we haven’t made any existing designs available for sale. We’d suggest taking the time to create and upload new work to tailor your designs to this new product. If you do choose to enable an existing design, please double check you’re happy with the placement and formatting.
Bath Mat file dimensions are 6480px wide x 4320px high. This includes the bleed so don’t forget to allow for a small amount of cropping around the edges. See our Dimensions and Format guide if you need more information on designing for Redbubble products.
If you’re adding a new Bath Mat file to an existing work, go to the Bath Mat tile in the uploader, click on the image to edit > click on replace image and follow the prompts. And don’t forget to save your updates by clicking on the ‘save work’ button right at the bottom of the page.
Adding Shower Curtains
Shower Curtain file dimensions are 7632 pixels by 6480 pixels. This includes the bleed so don’t forget to allow for a small amount of cropping around the edges.
Shower Curtains are grouped with Duvet Covers in the uploader as they are the same file dimensions. If you want to enable a Shower Curtain for an existing design, you need to navigate to the Duvets and Shower Curtain tile, click on the wheel, tick the Shower Curtain box and apply changes.
Some designs are automatically enabled, so if you have sold a Duvet Cover in the past, your work may already be ready to go.
You won’t be able to bulk enable Shower Curtains (via the Manage Portfolio page) until we officially launch. If you want to enable any existing Duvet designs as Shower Curtains, you’ll need to do this individually, for now, so you may want to focus on your top sellers first.
Shower Curtains and Bath Mats suit many different styles of artwork but if you’re looking for inspiration or want to know what’s trending, here are a few ideas.
