A Library Collection of Bookish Art for World Book Day
World Book Day was started by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization to pay worldwide respect for books and those who help bring them into existence. April 23rd was chosen for the fact that it lies on the date that numerous well known authors were born or died. The most famous of the authors being William Shakespeare, who supposedly was both born and then died on this day.
