Found on the lovely Eames Foundation website, this quote by the famous American designer Charles Eames is a golden ray of delight with a simple, strong message. Eames doesn’t believe in the outdated notion of the genius artist, or as he puts it, the “gifted few,” rather he believes and values those who are consistently interested in doing, making, and creating. That’s a notion we should all hold onto, and hopefully be surrounded by interesting people doing very interesting things.
